Product Complaint (Product Defect) | MARAKI

(Withdrawal from the contract is not the same as filing a product complaint).

  • If the product has a defect, you are required to inform us of the defect within 2 months of discovering it. However, you can file a complaint about the defect no later than 2 years from the date the product was delivered.
  • We handle complaints within a reasonable period of 30 days from the date the complaint is filed.
  • The product packaging may be mechanically damaged. However, if the complaint involves footwear, you are required to send the product for assessment along with its accessories, i.e., the cotton bag.
  • If it is determined during the complaint process that we are responsible for the defect, you are entitled to have the defect remedied, primarily through the exchange or repair of the item. If you would like more information, please download our complaints procedure at the bottom of this page.
